Your legacy ensures the timeless power of music continues to enrich lives.
Making or updating a will to include CEFC need not be complicated. However, we strongly recommend consulting with a solicitor or professional will-writer to ensure your will is valid and reflects your wishes accurately. The Law Society can provide local solicitor contacts (England and Wales: 020 7320 5650).
To leave a gift to CEFC, please include the following details in your will:
If you are adding CEFC to an existing will, use a solicitor to add a codicil to avoid invalidating your will.
Suggest wording:
“To be applied for the general purposes of Crouch End Festival Chorus.” (If you wish to specify how your gift is used, express it as a wish rather than a binding condition to allow flexibility.)
A share or the remainder of your estate after providing for family and friends
A specific sum of money (please note the value may be affected by inflation over time)
An item such as property or jewellery (consider costs that may reduce the gift's value)
A gift used by a beneficiary over time before passing on to CEFC
If you have already included CEFC in your will or want to discuss legacy giving confidentially, please contact us. We will respect your privacy at all times.
