A Grammy winner whose powerful songwriting, commanding vocals and inventive melodies were the foundation for the massive, decade-defining double album Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness, Corgan now brings a reimagined operatic show to celebrate the 30th anniversary of this groundbreaking album with his signature boundary-pushing, innovation and imagination.

Corgan and special guest artists, along with the epic sound of opera soloists, orchestra and Crouch End Festival Chorus offer up a completely new sonic and visual experience.

The multi-instrumentalist and composer brings a triumphant celebration of his most famous works, including excerpts from Palladio and Adiemus. Karl Jenkins is, globally, among the most performed living composers. In 2026, The Armed Man: A Mass for Peace reached number one in the Classic FM Hall of Fame of the UK’s favourite classical music works, the first time a living composer has claimed this top position.

Mozart’s cherished Requiem is intensely dramatic, with origins shrouded in mystery. Mozart received an anonymous commission for a Requiem Mass in 1791 and came to believe he was composing it for his own funeral. By the time of his death that December at the age of 35, it remained unfinished; it is widely believed that his pupil, Süssmayr, completed it but the space for doubt keeps alive the mystique. It is truly a masterpiece, with its extraordinary beauty, subtlety and profound expression touching each new generation.

The first half of the concert includes works by Christopher Tin on the theme of flight including the iconic theme Sogno di Volare from the video game Civilization, to follow Gibbons’s pristine The Silver Swan, as well as Jessica Curry’s haunting Echo, a CEFC commission dedicated to her late father.

Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring

Celebrating an epic quarter century since the release of the iconic Academy Award-winning film, The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, fans can now immerse themselves in the spectacular 25th anniversary concert, with Howard Shore’s original scores performed LIVE to the epic motion picture.

Performers include Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Crouch End Festival Chorus, Trinity Boys’ Choir, conducted by Maestro Ludwig Wicki. Composer Howard Shore brings J.R.R. Tolkien’s literary imagination to vivid life with his Academy®- and Grammy® Award-winning score to The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring.

Shore’s music expresses Peter Jackson’s film as an immense symphonic work - a uniquely developed vision drawn from centuries of stylistic tendencies. The music of The Lord of the Rings is counted among film music’s most complex and comprehensive works. This unique performance sets the score to the film, but allows the music to bear the narrative weight, creating a wholly new and dramatic live concert experience.
