Jazz composer and pianist Roland Perrin creates a vivid portrait of notorious New York mobster Meyer Lansky, dubbed "The Mob’s Accountant". Perrin combines American and Latino jazz styles with Jewish Klezmer motifs, all of which conjure up the sounds of New York at the height of the jazz age and the steamy decadence of Havana in the 1950s.

Crouch End Festival Chorus presents the vibrant and dramatic Porgy and Bess alongside the world premiere of Navigating the Dog Watch by young theatrically-minded composer Laura Bowler.

Based on a recent visit to some remote Atlantic islands, Bowler’s wordless piece transforms their environment into an aural landscape using the infinite possibilities of the human voice, with a backdrop of film projections.
